David (Dave) Allen Wilkins, 40, passed away unexpectedly at home Sunday, April 1, 2018 in Columbus, Ohio

Dave was born May 24, 1977 in Columbus, Ohio to Judy Ann Wilkins

He is preceded in death by his mom Judy Wilkins and niece Ashley Meenach

Dave is survived by his Soulmate of 20 years Amberlyn Mullins; 5 Children, Bailey (Doug) Lowney, Tiffany Chastain, David Wilkins, Shyla Wilkins, and Kylie Wilkins; Grandbabies, Brooklyn Wilkins and Andrew Lowney; Sister, Diana (Kim) Meenach; Niece, Amber Meenach; and Great Nephews, Leeland, Logan, and Grayson; Niece, Ashley Meenach and her sons Tyler and Lyam; Niece, Alyssa Meenach and Great Niece, Kimberlyn; Great Nephews, Trace and Gabriel (Gabe); also long time one and only true friend Joey Morris and his wife Amber Morris.

Dave was loved by many and never will be forgotten by anyone who knew him
