Valerie Caldonia Swain

Valerie Caldonia Swain, 44, Passed away Monday April 1, 2019 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Valerie was born on Monday May 6, 1974 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio to Joseph Swain and Connie Colley.

Valerie is survived by her three children, David(Davy),Amber and Evan Opalacz of Columbus Ohio; her parents, Joseph Swain Sr and Connie Colley, Step dad Dana Dobbins; her siblings, Christi Swain (Rick)Joseph Swain Jr.(Brenda) Denver Swain and Corrie Moore (Sierra) and a very special,Aunt Donna Colley Newsome of W.Va. A host of aunts,uncles,nieces,nephews and cousins, who loved her very much. She is proceeded in death by her grandparents; Tom and Virginia Colley of Columbus Ohio; Clarence and Martha Swain of Williamson W.Va. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. A Service will be held 5:00 PM Friday April 5, 2019 at the Chapel of Edwards Funeral Service 1166 Parsons Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43206. Family will accept friends starting at 3:00 PM until the time of the service.
