Barbara Ann Dillon, age 65, passed away in Columbus, Ohio on July 28, 2023.

Barbara was born on December 15, 1957 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Phyllis Hope Hicks and Thomas Dillon.

She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Phyllis Dillon; husband Paul Blackburn and brothers Robert Dillon and Thomas Dillon.

She leaves to cherish her memories her beloved sons Jeffrey Blackburn (Zachary+1) and Joseph and Deborah Blackburn (Abriann+4) daughter's Sarah Blackburn and Bruce (Lois,Samantha) Katie Johnson brother Richard (Maricel) Dillon; sisters Deborah Dandy, Jennifer Jallaq, Joy Kay, and Sandra Goff; and numerous nephews, nieces friends and other family members.

A memorial Gathering will be held on Friday August 4, 2023, at Edwards Funeral Service German Village Chapel 1166 Parsons Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43206 from 4:00 P.M. – 6:00 PM
