Mrs. Carla Joan (Robinson) Robinson

Carla Robinson Sunrised in Youngstown, Ohio on October 7th, 1950; her Sunset was Sunday, February 5th, 2023. She leaves behind to cherish in her memory her sister Anjel Yates of Youngstown, Ohio; her sons Andre (Angela) Martin Sr. of Columbus, Ohio, Samuel Weatherly III of Youngstown, Ohio, and James Suber Sr. of Columbus, Ohio; 42 grandkids; 40 great-grandkids; nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews; two best friends Gayle Chavis and Delphine Baldwin-Kasey; and a grandson in law Marcaus Greeno Sr. that made sure she had her Old Bag of Nails.

Carla went to and graduated from South High in Youngstown, Ohio, where she began a career as a L.P.N. at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. She moved to Columbus, Ohio in 2003 where she began a new career at OSU Hospital in their Environmental Services department where she retired in 2013. She loved cooking and spending time with her family. She loved music and life.

Carla is preceded in death by her mother Ester Yates, brothers Barton "Tojo" Yates and Derek Yates, late husband Samuel Weatherly Jr., sister-in-law Delois Weatherly-Smith, grandson D'andre Damous, and great-grandson Massiah Dunston.
