Dorsine (Ragland) Ellis

Dorsine Ragland Ellis was born on June 3, 1923 to the Late Charles and Cellia Ragland in Jackson, Ohio. On June 18, 2021 Dorsine was called home to her Lord and Savior. Ms. Dorsine is survived by her Sons; Wayne Napper (Terry), Alonzo "Rick" Ellis (Elizabeth), Charles Ellis (Rosie), a daughter; Jo Ann Reid, Grandchildren; Gabe Johnson (Hannah), Alexandra Ellis, Jesse Ellis, Great-Grandchildren; Colton, Cameron, Austin and a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband; Alonzo Ellis in 1978 and a daughter; Margurite. Sister Ellis was a faithful Usher and served on the Deacon Board at the Hilltop 7th Day Advent Church. She was a caring and devoted worker in the Nursing field, in hospitals, private homes and nursing homes. She was always on a mission taking care of babies and many sick people.
