Obituary
James R. (Jim) Frost Sr. passed away on March 22, 2023, at the age of 68 at Doctors Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. He was born on January 21st, 1955, in Dayton, Ohio to Joann Schoonover and the late Richard L. Frost Sr. He is preceded in death by his father, Richard L. Frost Sr., brothers, John Robert "Bobby" Frost and Brian Foster, sister; Katherine "Kathy" Shaffer and daughter; Kristina "Krissy" Frost.
He is survived by his 2 sons and 3 daughters. Jamie Frost (Joe Owens), Maria (Dennis Smith) Frost-Smith, James Frost Jr., Carmie Frost (Patrick Brennan), and Jason Frost. He is also survived by his brothers, Barry (Carol) Frost, Michael Davis, Charles (Renee) Davis, and Heath Hoover; and sisters Vicky (Tracy) Koehler, Deborah Hall, Debra Frazier, Teresa Smoot, and Kimberly Foster.
In lieu of flowers, donations are greatly appreciated to help cover funeral expenses.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at the The Edwards Funeral Service Chapel 1166 Parsons Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43206.
