Jimmie Lee Moore

Jimmie Lee Moore, 84, of Georgesville, Ohio, passed away on February 05, 2022. He was born on August 09, 1937, In Columbus, Ohio to the late Margaret and Vanity (Bill) Moore.

He was also preceded in death by his parents, sister, Sadie, brothers, Larry and Everett, and daughter-in-law Debra Moore.

Jimmie is survived by his loving wife, Janet of 63 years, and son, David (Patsy) Moore, daughter, Tonya (Bryan) Rothe, son Jimmie (Debra) Moore; grandchildren, David Moore Jr., Damien Moore, Daniel (Kayla) Moore, Heather (Zee) Khan, Wesley Rothe, Taryn Rothe, Jimmie Moore Jr., Silas (Jett) Moore; great-grandchildren, Arianna, David III (David Moore Jr.), Dominic, Wyatt (Damien Moore), Akaylia, Axel, Ariella (Daniel, Kayla Moore), Maira (Heather, Zee Khan), Lydia, Scarlett (Wesley Rothe); brother, Francis (Marilyn) Moore, Ralph (Cindy) Moore, along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Jimmie proudly served in the United States Army. He loved his pet chihuahuas. Also enjoyed watching Nascar racing and the Ohio State Buckeye, football team. He liked working with his hands in carpentry and was always doing carpentry projects for his wife, Janet.

A Memorial Service will be held February 18th, 2022 from 12 pm - 4 pm at Edwards Funeral Service, 1166 Parsons Ave., Columbus, OH 43206.
