Keith was born on Sunday May 19, 1957 in Columbus, Ohio to Robert Elza and Virginia M. (Sheilds) Dalton.

Keith is survived by his daughters Nekesha Franklin and Shemeka Dalton (Charles Burley); Parents Robert and Virginia Dalton; Brother Wayne Dalton; Sister Kathleen Dalton; Grandchildren Kyren Burley, Kierra Burley, Kacieonna Burley, and Kejuan Burley; Great Grandchildren Ky’Aire Burley, Kamyren Burley, and Kayloni Burley; and a host of many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and other family members.
