Michael Joseph Yavornitzky

Michael Joseph Yavornitzky died on June 6th at his home in Columbus, Ohio at the age of 69. He was born in Lorain, Ohio to Michael and Nathalie Yavornitzky (both deceased) and had a brother Russell (deceased.) Michael attended Southview High School and The Ohio State University where he studied pharmacy and later transitioned to a technical institute to study computer science. He also marched in the Ohio State Marching Band and played several instruments. After college, Michael joined the Yugoslavian dance troop, Zivili and toured the country performing on stage. Michael is survived by his daughter, Alexandria (Lexi) Schoppe, her husband Joseph and their 2 children. Michael lived in Columbus, did various jobs and volunteered within the community. Michael will be laid to rest with his parents in Elwood Cemetery in Lorain, Ohio.
