Patricia Jane Landers (Mason) was born on February 27, 1949 In Columbus Ohio to
Gene and Marie Baise and was adopted by Pearl and Elizabeth Mason.
She joins her husband Larry and Son Larry Landers II, her parents Pearl Mason and
Elizabeth (Romine) Mason, her brother Raymond Baise and many aunts and uncles in
Heaven. She leaves behind her sister Virginia (Ginny) Stires, Son Wayne Landers,
Daughter Cheralyn Corlett (husband Matt), Son Brian Landers (wife Angie),
Grandchildren Seth Corlett, Tyler Peebles, Brian Landers, Janet Landers, and
Shannon Corlett all of Columbus, as well as many nieces, nephews and their children.
As an adult she found her birth parents and her brother Raymand (Ray) Baise and
Sister Virginia (Ginny) Stires. She loved getting to know them and their families.
She was raised on a farm in southern Ohio and always loved the country life and being
on the farm. She loved singing and listening to music. She treasured Bluegrass and
Southern Gospel music. She worked many jobs over the course of her life including
working on a large dairy farm milking cows and a produce farm in Tennessee where
she and her family worked for nearly 3 years. She drove semis coast to coast for many
years in the 1980’s however, her favorite job was being a mother to 4 children and
being a grandma to her 5 grandchildren.
She attended Power for Change Community Church.
Services will be held graveside on Tuesday December 22, 2020 where she will laid to
with her husband at Dayton National Cemetery located at 4400 W Third St, Dayton,
OH 45428 In Lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name to the Kobacker
House in Columbus Ohio.
