Ralph "R.C" Payne

Ralph Payne, 37 of Chillicothe Ohio, Passed away on November 29th, 2020 after a long hard fight from a car accident.

Ralph was born on July 10th, 1983 to Clarence and Linda Payne in Columbus Ohio.

Ralph is survived by his Brother Clarence Payne J.R (Kathy), Sister Mary Payne (Karl), Sister Tammy Huff (Terrance) and Sister Bobbie Payne, 11 children Erika Eversman, Harlee Payne, Rease Segura, Triston Segura, Keirstin Segura, Cloey Segura, Trevor Segura, Cole Segura, Cam Payne, Kali Payne, Caden Reid (stepson). He loved all if his kids with all his heart and including his special friend Lesha Smith. He loved his family dearly, his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, 7 Nieces, 6 Nephews, 4 great nieces, and 5 great Nephews. He had a heart of gold, loved to fish and was always clowning. He always knew how to make your bad day better. We will deeply miss him.

He was preceded in death by his Father Clarence Payne SR, and Mother Linda Payne.

Due to CDC COVID-19 recommendations. the family will greet Friends and extended family on Tuesday December 8th 2020 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Service Chapel 1166 Parsons Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43206 for a walk-thru viewing in order for those that so loved R.C to be able to pay their final respects. Guests are asked to wear a face mask or face shield and practice social distancing. No gathering or standing around talking will be permitted in order to keep the line moving.
