Roger was born on July 15, 1961 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Charles Arthur Farley and Tacie Virginia (Livingston) Edwards.

Survived by his daughter Tandy Farley; Granddaughter Tia Farley; Grandson Tavin Farley; Sister Tammy Farley; Stepfather Wayne Edwards; Step Brother Jeffery Edwards(Treasa); Step Sisters Debra Edwards and Stephanie Abt (Mike); Nephews Charles Thomas Blanton (Rhonda), Joseph G. Blanton, Matthew Farley (Brendon), Skylar Edwards, Jordan Edwards, Andrew Abt and Brandon Abt; Nieces Amanda Farley (Shawn), Angela Edwards and Lisa Coss (Kasy) and a host of friends and other Family Members.

Roger is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Tacie and his brother Rayburn Bryan Farley.
