Sister Helen Louise Booker

Born on April 11th, 1936.  Went to be with the Lord on March 1st, 2023. 

Father Arthur Brown and Mother Beatrice Price in Manchester TN. Sister Booker moved to Columbus at the age of 18, and stayed for 54 yrs. until relocating back to McMinnville TN. Married as well as blessed to have had five children: Larry Booker, Veronica Callwood (Edwin), Tommy Booker (Mechelle), Greg Booker (Leslie), 

Preceded in death by: Youngest Son Jeffrey Booker (Sandy)

Survived by sister: Rosa (James) Perkins 

Sisters Preceded in death by: Imogene (willie) Ellis, Joanne Price, Hazel (Chris) Hardin, Wilma (Lamont) Poole. 

Grandkids Survived by: Allen McCleary, Hakim Callwood, Jeffrey Booker, Ashley Booker, Brittney Darby, Michael Darby, and Lyric Darby.

Grandkids Preceded in death by: Benjamin Booker, Paul Darby, Amanda Booker, and Camille Booker.

Sister Booker was blessed to have a host of Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.

Sister Booker loved cooking, gardening, knitting, watching her soaps/westerns, and spending time with her family and friends. Her generous spirit, cheerful attitude, and bright smile will be greatly missed!  Her heart has always been with her home state of TN.
