Thomas Brandon Fintzell “Tom”, 52, Passed unexpectedly on January 23, 2020 at his home in Columbus, Ohio. Tom was born on February 21, 1967 in Baltimore, Maryland.

Tom is preceded in death by his mother Mary Burchett of Hebron, Maryland; Father William Fintzell of Estes Park, Colorado and his fur babies Shelby, Tyler, Bubba and Precious.

Tom lead a rich life filled with various educational and vocational experiences. Tom served as a Sergeant in the United States Army in the medic/Artillery units in West Germany. He went on to pursue a degree in Hospitality and resort management. Tom then used his degree to work in various positions related to the food industry. For the past 20 years he was a quality Management specialist at Steritech. Tom had various hobbies, He was an avid home chef who enjoyed experimenting with different recipes and ingredients. He was a real “Do It Yourselfer” who took on varied home improvement endeavors which he called “his projects”. He loved to travel and ride his motorcycle and was always ready to pull a prank on friends.

Tom had a large heart and he was always willing to help out those who needed him, especially those dear to him. He was a member of St. James United Church of Christ in Columbus, OH and was a person who lived a quiet faith.

Tom is survived by his beloved fur babies, Peanut, Pepper and Isabella, as well as his sisters, Ellen McAuliffe of Clinton, Maryland, Crystal Burchett of Hebron, Maryland and his brother Robert Lee of Little Elm, Texas. He leaves a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Tom’s memory will be forever cherished in the hearts of those who loved him, especially Baganas N. Binatac (Dhutz) of the Philippines, Special friend Brian M. Clutter and James and Barbara Davis of Columbus, Ohio.
